Founder and author of the Linden Method and Director of The Linden Centres, Charles’s main role is to work with his team in order to provide and maintain the highest possible level of support for each and every client. He works directly with our specialists, jointly coordinating every client’s case.

LAR Coaching Accreditation will become the only acceptable option for anxiety disorder sufferers. LAR will be the first choice in GP surgeries, educational establishments and wherever else people suffer. Its curative effect and reputation is ‘second to none’ and it’s in the lives we change we find the evidence that proves that anxiety disorders are curable, quickly so and permanently!
The team at LAR have trained in the UK’s foremost counselling institutions and have many years of experience in the NHS and private sectors. They are registered with one or more of the following Professional Accreditations:

  • BPS (British Psychological Society)

  • BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy)

  • BABCP (British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies)

  • UKCP (United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy).
